Abstract:

The aim of this study was to develop a model for system FAMILY state RELATIONShip to organize a formal education compatible to Islamic parading. For this historical method we have chosen four references: documents, reports, theories, and texts. The documents are from international law and Islamic law, the theories are social and philosophical ones, reports are comparative studies, and texts are sacred. Based on results of conceptual and theorem analysis, the formal education systems is based on one of the three theories: theory of governmental duty, theory of familial duty, and theory of common duty. However, based on Islamic approach, education is public and a general duty. Not only the most important role of the FAMILY is educational, but also government has educational duty. FAMILY has the most educational responsibility while government has the right to organize and manage formal education. Also highly educated citizens, rich ones, academic and religious experts have to participate in educational activities. The model of interaction between FAMILY and government in education is a triangle that involves participation and super visional role for FAMILY, government and civil organization.

Abstract:

Along with different and deep problems that the contemporary FAMILY has challenged in Iran, Internet penetration and use of modern communication technologies in the FAMILY have made these problems and challenges more complex and obscure. The challenges which are to some extent rooted in the transformation of FAMILY RELATIONS in Iran. This research was conducted to study the RELATIONShip between the use of modern communication technologies and FAMILY RELATIONS. The study population was Shiraz high school students from all 10 city regions. Using classified random sampling method, 400 students were selected and responded to the questionnaire. The theoretical framework of this study is a combination of the "networked FAMILY" and the "FAMILY boundaries" theories. One of the innovations in this research is the use of two mediating variables called FAMILY time and FAMILY network, which has been inspired by the theoretical framework. Generally, the results of this research indicate that there is no direct RELATIONShip between the type and extent of the use of new technologies of communication with FAMILY RELATIONS, but this RELATIONShip is realized through the path of mediating variables, namely, the time of FAMILY and FAMILY network. Finally, FAMILY time and FAMILY network variables have a positive effect on FAMILY RELATIONShips, with a beta of 0.473 and 0.273, and in general they are able to explain 30% of the FAMILY RELATIONShip variable.

Abstract:

Among the important areas of marital divorce and divorce in religious families is the RELATIONShip between spouses and relatives. The ethical challenges that arise in these RELATIONShips can cause abnormalities in the marital life of the spouses. The present research studies the ethical challenges of religious families' spouses in FAMILY RELATIONShips and uses qualitative research method، interpretive method and content analysis of Islamic texts. Based on the results، the ethical challenges in the RELATIONShip between religious spouses and relatives in relation to various topics are 25: the challenges of the first category are interactive، due to association or attendance at meetings، observance of religious standards، educational affairs، affiliations and discrimination. The second concerns spiritual support، such as helping parents، solving their problems and exchanging information. Third، material support، such as parent financing. The roots of these challenges have been grouped into 20 general topics، such as the lack of knowledge of life skills and the apostasy of religiosity and ethics in families.

Introduction: Considering the supportive role of the FAMILY and positive effect of marital RELATIONS hips have on the outcome of chronic diseases, this study was conducted with three aims. 1) Comparison of the FAMILY marital RELATIONShips of diabetics and controls, 2) Assessment of any correlation between FAMILY relation and age, sex, educational level, socioeconomic status, type of diabetes, duration of disease, kind of therapy and dose of drugs. 3) Comparison of the frequency of sexual dysfunction between the groups mentioned. Materials and Methods: Data were collected from 200 subjects (100 diabetic and 100 non-diabetic), with the GRIMS FAMILY RELATIONShip Questionnaire. All subjects were selected from the diabetes clinic in Shahrekord, in 1382. Results: Diabetics and controls were not statistically different in sex, socioeconomic status or educational level, but where age was concerned, FAMILY marital RELATIONShips were worse among diabetics, type I diabetes, and those using more drugs in comparison to others (P<0.05). There was no correlation in between FAMILY marital RELATIONS and age, sex, socioeconomic status, educational level, kind of therapy or duration of disease (P>0.05). Relative frequency of sexual dysfunction and rate of decreased libido were higher in diabetics (76% and 29%) than thd controls (32% and 12%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Differences found in marital RELATIONShips and sexual dysfunction can be related to each other and further studies on relation between sexual dysfunction and marital RELATIONShips in diabetic patients are recommended.

Abstract:

Parvin Etesami talked a lot about FAMILY, its members and their RELATIONS in her court poetry. She referred to the role of woman as mate and mother and the role of man as mate and father. The children and their RELATIONShip with parents were also mentioned. She used several ways for talking about FAMILY and its members such as metaphor, parable and storytelling. Orphans, animals (especially poultry) and businessmen have various roles in her stories. Although many researchers have talked about the character of woman in Persian literature but researches about familial RELATIONS was less discussed. Research about this topic helps us to know more about poet’s character, beliefs and thoughts. This descriptive-analytic research that has been done based on literature review showed that among the members of FAMILY, woman especially as mother had a premiere role in Parvin Etesami works.

Abstract:

There is no doubt that FAMILY RELATIONS are of influence on Iranian Penal Law. But there are certain questions: “are the way in which and the extent to which these RELATIONS influence penal rules based on an informed, reasonable approach which is, in turn, founded on scientific principles and in accord to the practical requirements or are they far from a penal-legislative policy and only a translation of juridical sources and foreign laws without an understanding of and taking into account the influence of this point [penal-legislative policy]?” To reply these questions, the author has studies the penal-legislative policy when influenced by FAMILY relation from three respects: The extent to which and the way in which FAMILY RELATIONS influence testimonies of relatives, jurisdiction, execution of religious punishment (hadd) by father and husband, that father is not punished for [crimes he committed toward] his offspring, in terms of correspondence between legal and juridical approaches; Legal corrections stemmed from FAMILY RELATIONS in elimination of paternal guarantee in quasi intentional murder in punishing those who commit incest, not taking into account relativeness as a cause to stop prosecution or exempt someone of punishment, change in the structure of paternal relatives [of a murderer], competence of the judicial authority, limitation of the scope of murder in penal cooperation, in terms of a purposeful, sustainable, and wellfounded legal approach toward FAMILY RELATIONS. The way in which FAMILY RELATIONS influence cases such as financial interactions, nakedness [in presence of each other], and absence in legal deadlines in terms of similarity between basis and the scope of impact exerted by relativeness on penal laws.

Abstract:

ABSTRACTDuring the last century, ports of Persian Gulf become the most important storage, refining and transportation of crude oil, oil derivation, petrochemical products and also, business activities. Nowadays, due to functional diversity between ports, the impact of port activities on the development of urban spaces will be different, and this issue leads to structural differences of port cities. The purpose of this research is to identify the key variables affecting the RELATIONS and spatial structure of port-city in Dubai as the most thriving and successful port-city in the Persian Gulf. This research is based on deductive reasoning and carried out by analysis of cross effects with secondary data (results of other prominent articles) and also primary data (questionnaire). sampling method is based on purposive sampling and Micmac software was used to analyze the data. Output of Micmac software shows the position of the instability of the system. Therefore, the position of each variables in the conceptual model can be categorized to driver, linkage, dependent, and autonomous factors. The research findings indicate 4 variables (like as “income, cost and investmnets in port-city”) can be introduced as a driver factor, 5 variables (like as “advanced multimodal transportation in the port”) can be introduced as a linkage factor, 6 variables (like as “quality of living environment and desirable city”) can be introduced as a dependent factor, 3 variables (like as “environmental protection and sustainable development of the city-port”) can be introduced as an autonomous factor. The rapid development of Dubai can be explained by the purposeful distribution of revenues from trade and tourismExtended AbstractIntroductionDuring the last century, ports of Persian Gulf become the most important storage, refining and transportation of crude oil, oil derivation, petrochemical products and also, business activities. The global increase in oil demand since the 1950s led to the creation of discovery of new oil wells and large industrial areas. With the construction of new oil or gas facilities in the port areas, increasing oil revenues contributed to the countries of the Persian Gulf region and form a new geographical RELATIONShip between ports and coastal cities which had an impact on the spatial structure and relation of them. Nowadays, due to functional diversity between ports, the impact of port activities on the development of urban spaces will be different, and this issue leads to structural differences of port cities. In the 1950s, Containerization (container loading technology) was based in some of the world's ports and created a huge transformation in the shipping industry, which had a significant impact on the development of ports. Although the ports of the Persian Gulf have made a significant contribution to the economic growth and physical development of other ports in the world, but few researches have been done on the variables and factors affecting the development of the spatial structure of the important ports of the Persian Gulf. This region, due to its unique geographical location, has always been considered as a most important corridor in the field of economic and transportation throughout history. Some of the most important energy and commercial ports in this region are: Dubai, Manama, Kuwait, Dammam, Doha, Bushehr, Bandar-Abbas and Assaluyeh. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to identify the key variables affecting the RELATIONS and spatial structure of port-city in Dubai as the most thriving and successful port-city in the Persian Gulf. MethodologyThis research is based on deductive reasoning and carried out by analysis of cross effects with secondary data (results of other prominent articles) and also primary data (questionnaire). The method used in this research is quantitative and the sampling method is based on purposive sampling. the variables affecting the spatial structure of port-city RELATIONS were identified in the form of a review of 31 prominent articles. 25 experts (who had comprehensive knowledge and information about the development process of the city-port of Dubai) participated to determine the effectiveness or influence of variables. Finally, the output of data analysis was done by the Micmac software. Results and discussionOutput of Micmac software shows the position of the variables in the diagram that it indicates their status in the system and their role in the dynamics and changes of the system. The method of distribution and dispersion of the variables in the spatial structure of port-city RELATIONS indicates the instability of the system. Therefore, based on the output of the system, the position of each variables in the conceptual model can be identified in five categories (driver, linkage, dependent, autonomous and regulatory variables). According to the results, some variables such as “the changes in the strategic positions” and “geopolitics of port-city”, “the modification of the management method” and “regional planning of the ports”, “the promotion of local governance in the RELATIONS between port-city” and “the way of national and international management of ports have been introduced as driver variables. On the other hand, five variables consist of “advanced multimodal transportation in the port” and “income, cost and investment in the port-city”, “the contrast and physical integration of the port - city space”, “the development of various industrial and production activities in the ports and their local hinterland” and “their qualities Financial and commercial policies of ports” have been introduced as linkage variables. Findings of research also shows that some variables consist of “quality of living environment and desirable city”, “quantity and quality of transit corridors (rail, road and air) to hinterland”, “construction and launching the new port (sea port or dry port)”, “terminal facilities and infrastructure and warehousing”, “conflict or convergence between the city and the port” and “increase in population growth rate and migration to the port - city” categorized as dependent variables. Three variables including “cultural and historical background of ports”, “use of cheaper energy, Less-polluted, clean and renewable energies in the city-port” and “environmental protection and sustainable development of the city-port” categorized as autonomous variables. Finally, a variable with the title of “improvement in management and information technology and development in loading, unloading and storage of commodities” have been introduced as regulatory variables. The findings of this research have a remarkable similarity with other researches carried out in the field of city-port relation and clearly emphasize the direct impact of the "investment in port-city" in the development of them. For example, Grossmann (2008) emphasized that city-port of Hamburg has become one of the largest ports in Northern Europe during the last few decades due to huge domestic and foreign investment. ConclusionThis research carried out in order to introduce and explain the key variables affecting the development of the spatial structure of the port-city of Dubai. On this basis, 21 variables have been extracted by systematic reviews of prominent articles. In the following, 25 experts were selected with the purposive sampling method. Among the 21 variables extracted, 4 variables (like as “geopolitics of port-city”) introduced as a driver factor, 5 variables (like as “advanced multimodal transportation in the port”) introduced as a linkage factor, 6 variables (like as “quality of living environment and desirable city”) introduced as a dependent factor, 3 variables (like as “environmental protection and sustainable development of the city-port”) introduced as an autonomous factor. The rapid development of Dubai can be explained by the purposeful distribution of revenues from trade and tourism. A part of these revenues has been directed towards investment in important transportation infrastructures such as airports and ports of this city. These strategies have a wide impact on improving the economic growth of the city and the development of the port in order to adapt with the global trade and advanced technologies. FundingThere is no funding support. Authors’ ContributionAuthors contributed equally to the conceptualization and writing of the article. Abstract:

Research Background In general, valuable studies and works have been done in the field of collecting and sometimes analyzing the proverbs of Iranian ethnic groups. However, only a few of these works have focused on the study of FAMILY values and gender RELATIONS in proverbs. For example, we can refer to Zolfaghari's study (2013) entitled “, FAMILY and FAMILY RELATIONS in Persian proverbs”, , the article “, Women and gender proverbs”,by Masooumi and Rahiminejad (2012), “, The Place of FAMILY and Woman in Bakhtiari Proverbs”,by Rezaee and Zaheri (2015), as well as the article “, The Representation of Kinship RELATIONShips in Persian Proverbs”,written by Zandi and Abbasi (2016). Access to works in the field of Baluchi proverbs is much more limited. One of these works is a book by BadlKhan (2000), a well-known Baloch scholar, entitled Ropes Break at the Weakest Point, in which, after compiling a collection of Balochi proverbs, he describes the historical events related to each of the proverbs and the reason for the proverbial origin. Also, another work that can be mentioned is a book by Dolati Bakhshan (2010) entitled Piran-e Zamā, nag: Woman in the mirror of Balochi proverb in which the author has compiled a collection of Balochi proverbs in various fields related to women. Another work published in 2013 is a book entitled Sadgā, l-e Battal Pirani: Balochi Proverbs in the Sarhad Dialect written by Sourizehi. In this work, he has collected Balochi proverbs, ironies and idioms of the Sarhad dialect. There is also the publication of a work by Keshavarz entitled Battal Ganj-o Balochi Zoban-e Galvar: 6243 Balochi Proverbs in which he collected about 6000 Balochi proverbs and matched the proverbs with their title and subject Categorized. Objectives and Questions Proverbs can be a good way to understand how people think about FAMILY, kinship, and gender issues. Thus, this literary genre can reveal many attitudes in this field and enhance our knowledge of the perceptions of members of a community about concepts and phenomena such as FAMILY, masculinity, femininity, motherhood, etc. In this regard, the present study, emphasizing the need for research in the popular culture and literature of the Baloch people as one of the ancient and deep-rooted Iranian ethnics, has sought to understand the role of proverbs in reproducing and consolidating social and gender values in Baloch society. Specifically, the question is: how are FAMILY values and gender RELATIONS reflected in Balochi proverbs? Main Discussion Reading and analyzing Balochi proverbs in order to understand how FAMILY values and gender RELATIONS are represented in these proverbs confirms at least seven central themes as follows: 1) Sovereignty and continuity of the patrilineal and patriarchal system-One of the recurring themes in Balochi proverbs is the emphasis on masculinism and patriarchal content and themes. Therefore, the more we see its manifestation, the more emphasis is placed on the importance of paternal ancestry and less attention to maternal ancestry. 2) Ethnocentric kinship and continuity of tribal structure-Given the prevalence of tribal lifestyles among the Baloch, the analysis of Balochi proverbs also confirms that among them, blood and relative ties are of great importance. 3) Sanctifying and honoring the role of parents in the education and socialization of children-The interpretation of Balochi proverbs in the field of FAMILY values also shows the emphasis on the important role of parents in disciplining and educating children. 4) Hospitality and the responsible social communication-One of the prominent cultural features of the Baloch people is their hospitality. In this regard, a number of Balochi proverbs can be considered that highlighted the guest as a blessing to the host house and table. Another point to note is that, in general, there were strong social RELATIONS among the members of the Baloch communities, who were mostly related to each other, and were also reflected in their proverbs. 5) Respect to the elderly-The study of Balochi proverbs along with field reflections in this area shows that in Balochi society, elders have an important role in the life and leadership of society. 6) Emphasis on the importance of motherhood-Many Balochi proverbs confirm the important position of mothers, especially in the correct education and socialization of their children in accordance with the culture and norms of Balochi society, in a way that they are unmatched in this category and are very compassionate and responsible towards their friends. 7) Looking at women in the shadow of men-Despite the fact that there have been many famous and influential women throughout the tumultuous history of the Baloch people, the general image of women in this society, which is also reflected in some proverbs, is a representation of a second sex and almost no independent identity. Conclusion Proverbs can be considered as elements in the service of constructing social identities such as ethnic identity, gender identity, and so on. Of course, the Baloch community and people are no exception to this rule as the popular culture and literature of the Baloch, and in particular the common proverbs among them have a wide application in their daily lives. According to the above premise, what has been achieved by examining and analyzing Balochi proverbs is in fact indicative of a kind of cultural, social and religious reproduction among the Balochi people and so on. All of these proverbs represent cultural components, education of generations, preservation of social values and moral norms, and so on. Specifically, they affirm values such as collectivism, tribalism, FAMILY orientation, etc., all of which have led to the continuity of Baloch communities for many years.
